Swift Cleaning Service is Accra’s premier cleaning provider. We are known for our meticulous attention to detail and our commitment to professional excellence. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a leader who can maintain the “Swift Standard” across multiple job sites.
The Role
The Site Supervisor is a critical leadership position. You aren’t just managing a clean; you are managing a team and a client relationship. You will be responsible for the logistical success of each booking, ensuring that our technicians are efficient, our safety protocols are followed, and our clients are 100% satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise a crew of 2–5 cleaning technicians, providing on-the-job guidance and motivation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous pre-handover inspections using the Swift Digital Checklist to ensure no corner is missed.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site. Handle client inquiries and "walk-throughs" with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment for your team; report inventory needs before they become urgent.
- Reporting: Document site progress and take "Before & After" photos for company records and marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, or team supervision.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in Accra’s busy environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English. Ability to give clear, respectful instructions to the team.
- Driver’s License: A valid Ghanaian driver’s license is a significant advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and reporting.
