The Role
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individuals to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential & Office Cleaning: Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of all surfaces.
- Post-Construction Specialized Cleaning: Handle heavy-duty cleaning for newly built properties, including debris removal and deep-dusting.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning tools and chemicals are used safely and maintained in good condition.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients professionally and ensure all specific requirements on the "Swift Checklist" are met.
- Quality Control: Conduct a final walk-through of the site to ensure the space meets our premium standards before handover.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or hospitality is an advantage, but not required (we provide training!).
- Communication: Fluent in English; ability to communicate clearly with teammates and clients.
- Attributes: Punctual, honest, and physically fit to handle active work.
- Availability: Must be willing to travel to various locations across the Greater Accra Region.
