Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly supplies. However, we do require access to running water and electricity to power our specialized equipment. If you have specific water storage (Polytank) instructions, just let us know!

We know security is a priority in Accra. Every member of our “Swift” team undergoes a rigorous vetting process and background check. Our staff are uniformed and carry official ID, ensuring your home or gated community remains secure.

We strive to be flexible! While some of our deep-cleaning equipment requires power, many of our “Swift” sanitization and dusting services can proceed as planned. We can also reschedule to a time when power is stable at no extra cost.

Not at all! Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code. Our team is fully vetted, background-checked, and insured, so you can enjoy your day and come home to a spotless space. We will always notify you when we arrive and when we depart.

Absolutely. True to our (Green) brand values, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning products. You get a deep, professional clean without any harsh chemical residues or smells.

Our pricing is based on the size of your space (number of bedrooms/bathrooms) and the type of service selected (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out). For commercial spaces, we provide custom quotes based on square footage and specific maintenance needs.

  • Standard Clean: Designed for regular maintenance—dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.

  • Deep Clean: Recommended for first-time visits. It includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed attention to baseboards, inside appliances, light fixtures, and behind furniture.

We stand by our Swift Satisfaction Guarantee. If any area was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours, and we will send a team back to rectify it immediately at no additional cost to you.

Yes! Accra is a city of celebrations. Whether you’ve hosted a wedding in East Legon or a corporate event in Cantonments, our “Swift” team can arrive the next morning to handle the cleanup, trash removal, and floor restoration so you can relax.

Yes, many of our clients prefer a “Swift Routine.” We offer discounted rates for recurring schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is the best way to keep the Accra dust at bay consistently.

For your convenience, we accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash), bank transfers, and cash. We recommend paying via MoMo for the fastest confirmation of your booking.

We know water can sometimes be a challenge. We ask that you ensure your Polytank or water storage has enough supply for the cleaning. If you are completely out of water, please notify us 12 hours in advance so we can reschedule your “Swift” clean.

Yes, we understand that busy professionals often prefer cleaning on Saturdays or holidays. We are available for bookings on weekends, though we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance as these slots fill up quickly.

While our (Green) products are pet-safe, we recommend keeping pets in a secure area or outdoors during the cleaning process. This allows our team to work efficiently and prevents your pets from being stressed by the vacuum or new faces.
